- Take on more R&Rs to help OCL wherever needed

- Foster better relationships with domains to enable creativeness and candid conversations to flow

- Have more informal chats with everyone

- Increase in-person engagements with the team and partners

- Be even better at what we are good at so that we can have the impact that we all strive for

- Improve communications at all levels

- Be there for people when they need and share more about my personal wins, challenges and learnings

- As a person of colour, help OCL be even more inclusive than we already are
