- Keep the job

- Work with or in other OCL domains. Expanding the road between comms and design, nor only a one way request street to design. Possibly with Data domain also.

- Be loud about the work that good people at OCL do. I think there are a lot of people doing dumb work (for lack of a better term) and being loud about it. Empowering other team members to be able to share the work they do externally and internally.

- Communicate more openly and consistently. It's gotten better from beginning of this year but can still be better.

- Taking responsibility for my work, communicating boundaries and capacity even if its a tough. Missing less deadlines.

- Connect more with people internally beyond the group in person sessions.

- Build more trust with Ops.
