- More seamless front end development on SCODA products

- Quarterly measurement of impact metrics on SCODA products, with at least one compilation + measurement of City Programme metrics (hopefully with assistance from new M&E person)

- Continue to document learnings and templates out of SCODA. Gitbook for city toolkit. Collaborate with new research lead on publications from the cities programme.

- Increased frequency of advocacy - including social media releases / conferences / packaging city programme resources (hopefully with help from advocacy person)-

- Work on PL / Domain inter-relations. Strive for a healthy balance of delivery/quality/care.

- City programme strat & organisational buy-in.
