- My intentions for next year: "Simplifying and leaning into"

- Ensure that ADH gets resourced appropriately for maximum impact

- Support the building out of an ADH community that is excited and inspired (both internal partners, users and new stakeholders)

- Being clear on what my (new) role is (with a PO) and staying boundaried in that (what is definitely my responsibility and what is definitely not)

- Asking for help when I need it

- Building out and leaning into running more project retros and facilitating cross-project learnings more

- Keeping the fire of celebrating team members, projects and deliverables alive

- More nature, more rest, more travel, more reading, more fun.
