- Work on a webflow editor manual for our partners with Anele

- Be more confident in my design skills (especially with ADH)

- Document my learnings

- Work on my interpersonal skills

- Take leave when I can so I don’t burn out (every 6 months)

- Ask for help when I need it

- Continue learning as much as I can (webfow, design trends, new tools)
