I don't want us to forget to:
- Keep taking responsibility (for our work / our roles / our personal development etc)
- Be deliberate and intentional (in meetings / with the team / with partners / our outputs etc.)
- Get it out (MVP mindset)
- Document learnings (what did we learn, how can we improve, how can we share this? etc.)
- Celebrate the wins! (celebrate our team / the project / yourself / the org / our partners / the work stream or product etc.)
- Be quality & deadline driven
- Let's not forget THE WHY. Why does OCL do what it does? Why do we choose to push our projects forward? Why are we all here?
- Ensure that we set intentions and have good planning in every project / ops implementation from the very beginning
- Send out version 2 of the 360 performance reviews
- Increase value exchange with partners, and be very particular with what we take on over the course of the year
-Implement a “state of OCL” meeting every quarter where Rich will share more from a high level
- Get Data's support to set up a system that will help ops with analytics on all our ops platforms so we can increase our insights into how the org is running and assist us in making evidence based decisions
- Let what we achieved in 2022 through process changes, R&R’s and operational changes settle for the next 6 months - then do a retro (what's working, what needs to change/shift)
- Be more intentional about my PD
